Thank you so much for supporting Sew Lily Lu! Every item is handmade with love and care, which means processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and custom requests.

Processing Time

Current processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated on the website or product listing. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom, embroidered, and made-to-order items may take additional time to complete.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as Sew Lily Lu is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Sew Lily Lu is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or the shipping carrier once the package has been accepted and scanned into their system.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check around your property, mailbox, neighbors, or household members first.
  • Please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package.

While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues after shipment, we always want to help where we can and will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.In certain situations, if the shop owner feels a refund, replacement, or shop credit is appropriate, it may be offered at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Handmade Disclaimer

All items are handmade, so slight variations in fabric placement, embroidery, and trims may occur. No two items will be exactly alike, making each piece unique. 🐾
