Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
All of our items are made to order, including but not limited to:

Custom or personalized items
Seasonal or limited-edition collections
For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Delayed shipping once the item has been shipped
Please double-check measurements and refer to our size chart before ordering. If your pet is between sizes or fluffy, we recommend sizing up.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance and claims regarding delivery issues.
However, we understand that every situation is different. While refunds, replacements, or store credit are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues, Sew Lily Lu reserves the right to offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or shop credit at the owner’s discretion depending on the circumstances.
